Today, the man of multiple national awards has celebrated his birthday with the children of that village. He has also inaugurated many development works including the construction of a school building in that village.

Prakash Raj had adopted the village in Mehboob Nagar District of Telangana in September 2016. He took up the responsibility, heeding to the appeal of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi towards celebrities, to adopt underdeveloped villages and sponsor for their development.
