Princess Diana a Nightmare Grandmother

Princess Diana, has she not died in a car accident 20 years ago, would have been a nightmare of a grandmother, doting on and spoiling her two grandchildren, Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2. This is what Prince William had to say about his children's paternal grandmother, who would have turned 56 years this month, if it were not for that tragic incident.
The Prince regularly speaks to his children about “Granny Diana” before bed, so that they know that they had two grandmothers. He felt she would have “loved them to bits” and felt she still lived with him.
Reminiscing about the past in the documentary on his mother Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy, he recounted how his mother gave him a sense of “normalcy” and tried to show that “there was a real life outside the palace walls”, something that he and Kate Middleton are trying to show to their children.
