Priyadarshan Hits a Quarter Century

Renowned Director Priyadarshan marks 25 successful years in filmdom this month. And he is also ready to do a bit of running around so that his next offering ‘BhagamBhag witnesses a smooth sailing on December 22nd.

This will be the first time that one will see Akshay Kumar and Govinda together spreading mirth on screen Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Tanushree Dutta, Arbaaz Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Manoj Joshi and Jackie Shroff complete the remaining cast.

Priyadarshan is not just a great comedy genre film maker. He has also made acclaimed films like ‘Viraasat’, ‘Kalapani’ besides making 69 films, most of them successful comedies like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Malamaal Weekly’ , ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Hungama’, ‘Hulchul’ etc. And out of these 69 films, Priyadarshan has written almost 40 of these films.
