Priyamani teams up with Trisha

Trisha is playing a female private detective in a new film titled 'Kuttrapayirchi' directed by Verniq and produced by G.Vivekanandan under the banner Sri Guru Jothi Films.  Her character is said to be based on the life of Rajani Pandit the first female detective of India who used to disguise herself as a maid, blind woman and even a lunatic to solve cases.

Priya Mani has reportedly joined the cast of 'Kuttrapayirchi' while Surabhi and Super Subbarayan are also in the cast. Radhan scores the music, Babukumar handles the camera and editing is by G.Madhan.  Filming starts soon and the film is expected to release in August this year.
