Priyan is back with a political thriller

Ace director Priyadarshan is not in the best of his times in Mollywood with a couple of his films, Geethanjali' and 'Aamayum Muyalum' failing to take off.
The director who has done some offtrack films like 'Aryan' and Advaitham', quite different from his regular humour slapstick comedies will now be trying to go for a change in route attempting a political thriller. Yes, the ace director has revealed that he is having a plan to create a political thriller as his next venture.
Interestingly this will be also one movie that will bring together Mohanlal and Prithviraj for the first time together. The attempts for the same had come from many corners in the past but didn't happen. Laljose had even announced a movie in the title 'Cousins' which also didn't take off. Let's wait and see whether Priyan will be able to bring together his best friend Mohanlal and the most noted young star Prithviraj together in a film, that will also rescue his career.
