Priyanka Chopra And AR Rahman To Perform At Bryan Adams Concert?
Global icon Priyanka Chopra, who has tried her hand in singing too, besides acting, has won million hearts with her songs. And now, the International pop star and Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Bryan Adams is coming to India for a series of concerts that is going to take place in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi from October 9, 2018 to October 14, 2018. According to the latest reports, PC is going to perform in the opening act with the popular music director and singer A.R. Rahman at the Bryan Adams concert.
Though further details are awaited, the diva is said to perform in Mumbai and Delhi and one other city. According to the report, the promoters weren’t keen on any opening act initially to ensure that the focus is solely on the artiste. But since Adams and Chopra have worked together previously, and Rahman being “Summer of '69” singer’s favourite musician from India, the promoters are finding a way to creatively rope in both the artistes. And although there is room for only one opening act, the promoters are trying to find a middle path. Apart from this, a special act is also being considered where all three will pay homage to the recent Kerala floods.
Meanwhile, on the work front Priyanka will be next seen in Shonali Bose’s upcoming film ‘The Sky Is Pink’ which also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in the lead roles. The shooting for the film has already started.
