Priyanka Chopra turns desi girl to inaugurate Cancer Ward

Yesterday, (21 Oct) Priyanka Chopra inaugurated Cancer ward at Nanavati Hospital in the memory of her late father Dr.Ashok Chopra, who passed away few months ago (in June) owing to the dreaded disease.

Turning out to be a typical desi, traditional girl; dressed elegantly in dark blue sari and wearing a bindi - Daddy’s lil Girl Priyanka was emotional throughout the event and she was accompanied by her mother.

The actress, who also donated Rs.50 lakh for this ward, said to have skipped a promotional event of her forthcoming film ‘Krrish 3’
