Our film makers have a tendency to make grandiloquent statements before a film release.  However, with due respect to Shravan, we think Priyudu is not the usual one, if not a class apart film, as claimed by them.

We are more interested in the romantic duo, played by Varun Sandesh and Preethika Rao (Amritha Rao's sis).  It is because they look beautiful in the posters.

As per the director, the film is a distinct love story.  Every situation will excite you, he says.  Moreover, it is a youth-oriented film which will entertain the family audience as well.

If Priyudu indeed turns out to be the film it claims to be, happy days will have been back for the male lead.  Pratheeka, of course, will have registered her first success in Telugu.  (She is already popular in Tamil).

The film is slated to release by the end of November.
