Is 'Thaana Serndha Koottam' a remake?- Producer clarifies

Actor Suriya has completed shooting for 'S3' the third installment of blockbuster 'Singam' series directed by Hari. The highly talented actor will soon start shooting for 'Thaanaa Sernda Koottam' directed by Vignesh Sivan and the film will have Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.

There were reports doing rounds claiming that 'TSK' will be the remake of Bollywood super hit 'Special 26'. However the film's produced K.E.Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green banner has rubbished it as a mere rumor.

He has said that 'Thaana Serndha Koottam' is a fresh script and plans are on to release the film as a Summer 2017 treat,
