Producer Reveals Big Update on Prabhas’ ‘The Raja Saab’

The Raja Saab, the upcoming horror-comedy starring Prabhas, is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases in Telugu cinema. Directed by Maruthi, the film has already generated buzz with its intriguing teaser, leaving fans excited for what’s to come.

In a recent interview, producer TG Vishwa Prasad shared key updates about the project. He revealed that the team has shot around four-and-a-half hours of raw footage, which will be trimmed to a crisp runtime at the director’s discretion. He also confirmed that the shooting is expected to be completed by the end of October.

While an official announcement is awaited, the makers are eyeing a January 9, 2025 release date, perfectly timed for the Sankranthi festival season — a prime slot for big-ticket Telugu films.

The film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. Music is composed by Thaman, and the project is being bankrolled on a massive scale by People Media Factory.
