Puja of Anushka's Bhagmathi tomorrow

Remember that Bhagmathi, a historical-drama, was planned by Dil Raju with Anushka playing the title role? The film was expected to take off after Baahubali and Rudrama Devi.
UV Creations has taken up the project. The film will be launched in a puja ceremony tomorrow. More details about the movie are expected tomorrow. The shooting will begin once Anushka is done with Suriya's S3.
This ambitious film, which tells the legend of Bhagmathi, wife of Quli Qutub Shah, will be directed by Ashok G of Pilla Zamindar fame. It is learnt that Ashok had narrated the script and impressed Anushka during the shooting of Rudrama Devi itself and due to commitments to the Baahubali series, she couldn't do it. Even then, it was planned to go on the floors sometime in mid-2016. As planned, it has happened.
Looks like after playing author-backed roles in magnum opuses, Anushka will be back in yet another memorable role.
