As the much expected audio launch of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'theri' is getting ready to release on March 20, the track list along with the names of singer and lyricist has been released a few days ahead.

The most striking name in the Track list seems to be that of Pulavar Pulamaipithan. The veteran lyricist has written one song in the 'Theri' music album composed by G.V.Prakash Kumar and it starts with the word 'Thaaimai' meaning motherhood. The song has been rendered by Bombay Jayashree and expected to be a touching melodious number. We have to wait for the film's release to know whether the song features Samantha or Amy Jackson in the film.

Pulamaipithan has been writing songs in Kollywood since the days of MGR. He has written songs in the Makkal Thilagam's super hit flick 'Kudiyirundha Koil'. Since then he has written thousands of film songs for the films of big heroes like Superstar Rajinikanth.

In the recent years he has reduced the frequency of his work. His recent Tamil films include 'Thenaliraman', 'Arima Nambi' and now 'Theri'.

This is Pulamaipithan's first ever song for Ilayathalapathy Vijay and we can be sure that this will be the most memorably song for the star's fans, for its lyrics too.
