In a case of card fraud, a man who swiped his debit card at a Toll Plaza in Mumbai for Rs.230 later realized that he was duped with more than 87,000 from his account after his card details were compromised. 

Darshan Patil says he paid 230 at the Khlapur Toll Plaza which is under constant CCTV monitoring and received message of the transaction, however shortly afterwards he started receiving messages for transactions that he did not spend.Eventually with multiple transactions the fraudsters managed to dupe him even as Darshan filed a complaint with the local police station. Patil has also approached his bank to file a complaint; “It is crazy how the transactions were made without the OTP while the card was with me," he said
