Is Puratchi Thalapathy Vishal starting a new political party? - Actor breaks the truth

Vishal is a leading action hero in Tamil cinema. Fondly called 'Puratchi Thalapathy', he carries out welfare activities through his fan clubs turned into Narpani Mandram. Recently, reports broke out that Vishal is going to enter politics by announcing his new party following Thalapathy Vijay.

The actor was said to announce his political party today. Vishal released an official statement clarifying that he is not planning to enter politics now. He mentioned that he is helping others out of generosity and political ambition. However, he hinted that he may enter politics someday in the future. This is going viral now. His statement says:

"Greetings,

I am forever indebted to the people of Tamil Nadu who gave me status and recognition as one of you as an actor and social worker in the society. Intending to help as much as I can, from the beginning I thought that my fan club should not be treated as an average club but to benefit people, and we implemented it as a charity movement with the aim of 'doing our best for those who don't have.'

The next step is to create a people's welfare movement for the progress of the people and work district-wise, block-wise and branch-wise, through the 'Devi Foundation' which is running in the name of my mother, we are helping countless poor and needy students to get education every year in the name of the late former president Sir Abdul Kalam. We are helping the affected farmers.

Apart from that, I meet people in many places where I go for shooting and listen to their basic needs and grievances and fulfil their demands through my people's welfare movement.

I have not always done people's work expecting political gain, I will continue to do my best to help according to Valluvan's promise that "it is good to forget to thank you". Mentally, I consider it my duty.

I will continue to do the people's work that I am currently doing through the People's Welfare Movement. If nature makes any other decision in the coming period then I will not hesitate to speak for the people as one of the people.

Thank you,
Vishal."
