A video of a group of students from the SCS college of Puri, Orissa dancing in an inebriated state at the Saraswati puja festival in the campus has apparently gone viral.
The girls, along with a couple of boys, were reportedly found holding liquor bottles in their hands during the event. Locals have severely condemned the act after the video was being shared across social media. The authorities of the college, however, have denied the occurrence of the incident, while the identities of the students remain unknown.
A probe has been launched by a special committee to look into the matter. Meanwhile, the principal of the college has promised severe action against the students if found guilty.
