It seems it was a deal which Puri Jagannadh struck with Pawan Kalyan at the stroke of the intervening night of Jan. 25-26. No sooner did Pawan give the final nod than Puri proudly announced this on Twitter. He is seemingly excited about the film.

The film will be produced by DVV Danaiah of Universal Media. The details of cast and crew will be announced later. Starting from May, the film will go on the floors. While Pawan will be free after shooting for Gabbar Singh, Puri might have already completed the Hindi version of Businessman.

The hit combination of Badri, is teaming up after more than a decade. That they will join hands together has been the talk of the gossip mills on several occasions, but nothing was finalized. In fact, Pawan rejected Idiot, which was offered to him when he was riding the success wave of Khushi.

They have come together when the world was least expecting them to make a film together. Going by the news, they were busy for the rest of the year. Puri had planned a film with Ravi Teja and NTR, but both have been shelved. Interestingly, Danaiah, who was to produce the movie in NTR-Puri's combination, is producing Pawan-Puri's film.
