Nandamuri Balakrishna's Sankranti release 'Parama Veera Chakra' got mixed reviews. A few people liked the movie, dialogues and the patriotic songs immensely while the rest hated it to the core. However, the producer of this film C Kalyan informed that PVC collected Rs 2 crore on the very first day of the release.

There is a positive talk to the film in all the centres that the film released. We raked in Rs 2 crore collection on the first day of the release. This is a meaningful movie made on a subject everyone in the nation is concerned about. Audience loved Balakrishna's dialogues and sensible songs.We are glad at the response we got at the box office Kalyan said.
