Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Paramaveera Chakra' which released on Wednesday evoked mixed response at the box office. This patriotic film which also happens to be Dasari Narayana Rao's 150th directorial venture is too lengthy in the second half. Even Balakrishna's fans have conveyed their displeasure at the length of this film which is affecting the film. His fans admit that the collections for this film are no where close to 'Simha' mainly due to lengthy second half.

Sources say Dasari has agreed to decrease the length of the film in the second half by 15 minutes and might remove a song to make the film shorter. The song with Neha Dhupia in the second half though is hot and spicy, is out of place. Many feel if the song is removed, the film will be shorter.

The shorter version of the movie will be in theatres by Friday.
