Director and actor Raghava Lawrence has contributed more than 4 crores for various corona relief activities and has been helping lots of needy people through his Thai foundation.

Recently Actor Parthiban donated 1000 kgs of rice for the foundation and from it 500 kgs of rice has been given by Lawrence to youngsters with social responsibility, identified by the actor, and the youngsters have been working on distribution of rice to the needy people. Besides, he has also deposited Rs 25000 in the accounts of these youngsters for other expenses to distribute the essentials.

Raghava Lawrence posted on Facebook, revealing the youngsters who are involved in this social welfare activity "Celebrities and youth partnership for serving the society through Thai initiative. Hai friends and fans, I have started a new venture, You all know that Parthiban sir has donated 1000 kgs of rice for Thai initiative , From that 500 kgs of rice will be given to the boys and girls mentioned below who are doing their college and working, They will distribute the food essentials to the people who are in need. I have a special reason for giving it to them, I have seen and heard that they are doing great social service and I think it’s important to encourage these youths, which will make them do better, So I will personally send 25000 for the youths directly to their accounts for their other expenses to provide these food essentials. If they had thought they would have whiled away their time by just playing games and scrolling social media but they realised the pain of others and decided to serve them. More than me they are great. I really appreciate their efforts for serving the public hence I give this responsibility to them because I believe that they will do their best. It’s important for us to appreciate every youth out there who are trying their best to serve the society. Service is god???? The food essentials will be distributed with proper corporation approval through them : Sathaam , Arun , Gopi , Vasanthi
