Rushda Rahman, who is the niece of legendary composer AR Rahman, has got married to Altaf Nawab.
The wedding reception of Rushda Rahman, daughter of Tamil film actor Rahman was held in Chennai yesterday.
She is the daughter of senior character artist Rahman, who has been married to Meherunnisa since 1993.
The wedding was attended by several prominent personalities from the Tamil and Malayalam film industry.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin also graced the close knit ceremony.
The celebrated music director AR Rahman and his family were present.
Besides Rushda, Rahman also has a daughter, Alisha. Rahman's wife is Mehrunnisa, the younger sister of musician AR Rahman's wife Saira Banu.
Rahman made his acting debut in the 1983 Malayalam film 'Koodevide'. Though Rahman started his acting career in Malayalam, he established himself in Tamil and Telugu film industry
