Rahul in Parliament: 24 mins on phone, 20 mins of chit-chat with mom

Rahul Gandhi is in the news for a startling reason. On Thursday, the Congress chief was caught checking his phone and talking with his mother Sonia Gandhi during the address of President Ram Nath Kovind.
The Hon'ble President was talking about the achievements of the NDA government since 2014 in a joint session of Parliament. During this, instead of paying attention to the address, Rahul was seen checking his mobile for 24 minutes. For the rest 20 minutes of the speech, he was caught chit-chatting with Sonia.
Rahul didn't join his fellow parliamentarians in lauding the heroic acts of the Indian Army and Air Force in Uri (2016) and Balakot (2019). At this, his mother stared at him a few times but to no avail.
