Rajini likely to create another record

Superstar Rajinikanth marked his entry to social networking space through Twitter yesterday(May 5). The 'Kocahdaiiyaan’ star's first tweet was updated late afternoon yesterday. Within minutes after the news started spreading, fans started following the star’s official page @superstarrajini.

The number of followers of Rajinikanth in Twitter is increasing in thousands every few minutes. As of now 1 lakh 91 thousand tweeples are following the veteran actor in Twitter and this will certainly include most of the film industry celebrities active in Twitter and also the fans of the Superstar.

Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan entered Twitter in the year 2010. They now have 8.6 million and 7.7 million followers respectively.

Going by the frenzy showed by our ‘Thalaivar’ fans to follow their icon in Twitter, it is obvious that he will create a record in Twitter in the number of followers.
