Superstar Rajinikanth's new movie directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Sun Pictures had two shooting schedules in Dehradun and Darjeeling and the third one happened for the past few days in Chennai which ended on Thursday. A set was erected at the Binny Mills premises near the airport and a high octane action sequence was shot featuring Rajini and Vijay Sethupathi. Nawazzudin Siddique and Bobby Simha also participated.

Reports suggest that the next schedule of 'Thalaivar 165' will be in Europe where important scenes involving Rajini, Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi and Nawazzudin Siddique will be shot. The film that has music by Anirudh also has Simran, Malavika Mohanan and Sananth in the cast.
