In the wake of Coronavirus pandemic, many actors have been making massive donations for various corona relief funds of the PM as well state chief ministers, and yesterday actor Vijay had donated 1.3 crores.

Superstar Rajinikanth had donated 50 lakhs for FEFSI employees welfare earlier, and now yet again the actor has donated 24 tons of essential commodities and rice and cereals for 1500 members of directors union, assistant directors and actors of Nadigar sangam.

Following superstar Rajinikanth's kind gesture without being asked by anyone, the director's union headed by RK Selvamani has sent a letter saying that they had received this timely help and thanked him for his kind hearted measure for the welfare of film industry people.
