Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming action entertainer Kabali is all set to hit the screens on April 14 coinciding with Tamil Nadu's New Year eve. The film which marks the debut of PA Ranjith as the director will see the Superstar as an ageing don. The story of the film is all about a retired mafia don who comes to track down his kidnapped daughter. The film's shooting is currently progressing in Malaysia at brisk pace.

Kabali is going to be released in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. The makers are planning to zero in on Mahadev as the film's Telugu title says reports. Radhika Apte is playing Rajini's wife, while Dhansika will be seen as his daughter in this film. Santosh Narayanan wields the baton of music.
