Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' was earlier supposed to hit the screens on July 1, 2016 but now a postponement has become imminent and there are widespread talks that the Pa.Ranjith directorial will be released on July 8 or July 15.

But now a reliable information we learnt from a source close to the unit reveals that July 1 will still be an important day for 'Kabali'.

The source says that the main crew members of the 'Kabali' team including the director and producer will meet the Press on July 1 in Chennai and will announce all the release related details officially. There has been a strict order from the makers for all the cast and crew members associated with the film to not open up anything about the most anticipated film until then.
