It is raining celebrations for Superstar fans. The audio launch of Thalaivar's upcoming film 'Petta' just got concluded. The film directed by Karthik Subbaraj is getting ready to hit the screens for Pongal festival in January 2019.

In the mid, Rajini fans will get to celebrate the 68th Birthday of their matinee idol on December 12th. The Superstar has spoken about his birthday plans in the audio launch of 'Petta'.

Rajinikanth has said he will be in his home on his Birthday this year also and hence requested his fans to not visit his Poes Garden Residence in Chennai and return disappointed. Probably he will be visiting outstation on a spiritual journey.

This revelation itself will be a bit of disappointment for Thalaivar fans and we hope it is compensated by 'Petta' team by releasing the film's trailer or teaser on Rajinikanth's birthday as it is being speculated.
