Superhit director's new movie gears up for an OTT release

Actors Shine Tom Chacko and Rajisha Vijayan are teaming up for the first time for an upcoming movie titled 'Love'. Directed by hitmaker director Khalid Rahman, the movie was shot entirely in a Kochi flat during the COVID pandemic. Following all the protocols, the shoot was completed in just 23 days.
On Monday, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran unveiled the first poster of the movie on social media. The suspenseful poster featuring the lead pair has grabbed the attention of movie-buffs.
Love is Khalid Rahman's third film after Anuraga Karikkinvellam and Unda. Apart from the lead pair, the movie also has Veena Nandakumar, Sudhy Kopa, Gokulan and Johny Antony in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Ashiq Usman who had bankrolled the blockbuster Ancham Pathira.The team is now working on the post-production.
It is reported that the makers are eyeing for a direct release on OTT platform. Coming from a hitmaking director, expectations are already high on the project.
