Rakul Preet jokes on 'She bought liquor' rumour

In the last two days, social media has seen a rumour on Rakul Preet Singh. The actress, a viral video circulated on WhatsApp said, recently bought wine from a shop in Mumbai as soon as liquor shops were re-opened. Turns out that the joke is on the fake news peddlers. The 'Indian-2' actress was actually coming out of a medical shop after buying syrups.
Oh wow! I wasn’t aware that medical stores were selling alcohol, Rakul today said, reacting to a report.
The actress has told a portal that it was her mother who motivated her to sport a bikini for the first time in life for the Miss India pageant in 2011. But for her support and that of her father, she wouldn't have got a break in modelling. The actress will be seen in Chandrasekhar Yeleti's 'Check', starring Nithiin in the lead.
