Rakul's loss is Anu Emmanuel's gain

Director Mysskin's spy thriller flick 'Thupparivalan' with Vishal in the lead role just went on floors last month. The film stars Akshara Haasan, Prasanna, Vinay and K Bhagyaraj in important supporting characters.

Rakul Preet Singh had been finalized to play the female lead in the film. But now sources suggest that Rakul has walked out of the project due to date clash with her earlier commitments.

Sources also add that Anu Emmanuel of 'Majnu' fame has come in. The US-bred actress, who also awaits the release of Gopichand-starrer 'Oxygen', has earlier acted opposite Nivin Pauly in 'Action Hero Biju', among others.

We will have to wait for the official confirmation.
