'Ramarao On Duty' Trailer: Virtuous officer to trace missing persons

Usually, routine mass masala action films are all about sound and fury. In 'Ramarao On Duty', the vibe is different!

The trailer of the film shows Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja enriching every frame with his vigour and intensity. As an aggressive Deputy Collector, he has neatly powered debutant Sarath Mandava's seemingly high-flying script with panache.

The hero is a duty-bound vigilante bureaucrat who expects the other side to adhere to the law. When several breadwinners go missing in the district, ostensibly because of a high-level tacit backing, Ramarao dumps rules and goes violent.

Divyansha Koushik and Rajisha Vijayan are impressive. Venu Thottempudi as Circle-Inspector Murali is seen. Tanikella Bharani and Nasser have different roles.

Composer Sam CS delivers the director's expectations as far as the trailer goes, while cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan bathes the frames in dark shades.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas LLP and RT Teamworks, the film is slated to hit the screens on July 29.

'Sarpatta’ John Vijay, Chaitanya Krishna, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Rama Krishna, Eerojullo Sree, Madhu Sudan Rao, Surekha Vani and others have other parts.
