In 2007 the youngest from B-town oldest family named Ranbir Kapoor entered the silver screen with ‘Saawariya’ and instantly followed into dreams of millions. By the drop of a towel he proved that he has the exuberance of Shammi Kapoor, the innocence of Raj and the sweet charming boyish looks and timings of Rishi.

Now after six years in 2013 Ranbir has transformed himself from a promising newcomer to a superstar who is difficult to be disliked...

The phenomenal rise of Ranbir is not just talent and good looks it’s something else.. it’s the magic that makes you an SRK, a Salman or a Rajesh Khanna, Shammi Kapoor to that matter.

Ranbir’s charm is a reminder of the good old days when actors displayed their charismatic screen persona and swayed the audience. Ranbir has that old-fashioned quality that transforms actors into superstars. In Bollywood a rare few has been able to create such magic amongst their audience.

Ranbir happily can find himself in the list of B-town charmers like Dev Sahab, Rajesh Khanna, Shammi Kapoor and SRK.

The rare combo of good old days charm in today’s body powered by those rare acting skills makes Ranbir dance (in which he is just superb) merrily at the top spot amongst his contemporaries.

The logic behind Ranbir’s achievement as a popular star to the next potential superstar is his acting marvels that have worked as a revelation one after another.

There were no doubts about the potentials of R.K. It is in his blood and the marvelous actor in him was waiting for the right opportunity to explore his virgin versatility.

From a simpleton (Saawariya) to a salesman in (Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year) to a lazy bump who doesn't know what to do (Wake Up Sid) to a smart shrewd player and politician (Raajneeti), Ranbir has proved that he is an exceptional leading man and a solid performer.

But that was not all... as Jordan in Rockstar Ranbir entered a new phase in his career.. he made his audience believe that he has outdone himself and everybody was assuming ‘Rockstar’ will provide Ranbir Kapoor maximum illustrations for his career graphics.. he proved everybody wrong.. the actor in Ranbir had more to prove and the hunger to pleasantly surprise his audience scored new heights in 'Barfi'.

With ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ‘ Ranbir is entering a new phase in his career, he is coming with his ex Deepika and working with Dharma and Ayan again who shaped Ranbir’s career with 'Wake Up Sid' directed by Ayan Mukherjee. Well Sid is not only woken up he has grown up as a tremendous actor who always wants to please his audiences.
