For quite some time we have been listening stories about Ranbir Kapoor being roped in for a biopic on legendary singer Kishore Kumar. Now here's an interesting update.

According to certain media report, Imtiaz Ali's brother Arif Ali is considering to make a film on two musical icons of Bollywood, Kishore Da and Mohammed Rafi. And for this, he has planned to rope in Ranbir and Varun Dhawan respectively.

It is said that the film is about a story of innocence set in a self-consumed, conniving environment and Arif was quite impressed with the concept's simplicity. If all goes well, this project will take off next year.
