Popular media personality Rangaraj Pandey has been known for his interviews on TV channels with political personalities and had recently started his own channel. Rangaraj Pandey had also recently made his debut as an actor with Thala Ajith starrer Ner Konda Paarvai.

Rangaraj Pandey is often seen speaking high of Superstar Rajnikanth in public meetings, and it was rumoured by a section of media that Rangaraj pandey might join Rajnikanth's party and will be his political advisor. However there were no official announcements on this.

In a recent event organized by Rajni Makkal Mandram, during his speech Rangaraj pandey said that politics isn't easy, and only fans must give the strength for Rajnikanth to face powerful political parties like DMK and ADMK. He further said that Rajnikath is now 70 years old, and he can face only one elections with complete energy.
