Ranveer bowls us over with his Kapil Dev look!

Ranveer Singh's look from the biopic on the former Indian cricket skipper Kapil Dev is out. About to bowl the opponent out, the 'Padmaavat' actor is seen looking intently in the First Look.

Directed by Kabir Khan, the cricket-based entertainer will hit the screens on April 10 next year. Describing Kapil Dev as the 'Haryana Hurricane', Ranveer shared the look to mark his birthday today on social media.

Titled '83', the film tells the story of how Kapil led Team India to a spectacular World Cup victory.

The makers are shooting the biopic in London. Ranveer had to put in intensive homework to play the "living legend".
