'Rasam' for this October

The new Mohanlal film to reach the screening centres will be 'Rasam'. Directed by Rajeev Nath, the movie will have Indrajith in the lead, but Mohanlal will give a throughout presence in the film. Lal will appear as himself in this movie which is the first comedy entertainer from Rajeev Nath. The movie is produced by Group Ten together with the director.
Rajeev Nath was recently posted as the Chairman of Kerala State Chalachithra Academi which host the popular 'International Film Festival of Kerala'. Meanwhile, Mohanlal's 'Peruchaazhy' which met with a lukewarm response in the Box Office, manages to bring in collections, that in the long run may help its producers to get enough returns.
