Man seriously injured as actress driving new car at high speed hit him

Actress Rashmi Gautam who made her Tamil debut as heroine in 'Kandaen' starring Shantanu Bhagyaraj and Santhanam has since become a popular television host in Tollywood. She has bought a brand new car on March 17th and on Monday took a ride in the car driving at very high speed.

Near Kurmannapalem in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. Rashmi's speeding car rammed into a man who was trying to cross the road. Public who witnessed the accident immediately rushed the injured man to a government hospital and was later shifted to a private facility. The police registered a case against Rashmi and have also seized her new car.
