Raveena Tandon and Akshay Khanna to pair up soon

Raveen Tandon and Akshay Khanna are past the prime time of their careers. Given that both of them are capable actors, there's a chance that they can revive themselves through the OTT platforms just like Bobby Deol. They are about to star in a web series titled, 'Legacy'. This Vijay Gutte directorial will be the first onscreen pairing of Akshay and Raveena. The actress shared the news on her instagram through a post that read, Wishing you all a very Happy Gudi Padwa, Cheti Chand, Chaitra Navrati and Ramdaan! Immensely happy to announce my next web series Legacy. Will be sharing the screen with Akshaye Khanna for the first time. Directed by Vijay Gutte. Produced by After Studios, AA Films and Sunny Bakshi.
This will be the first digital project for Akshay Khanna, who is quite excited for it. He previously collaborated with Vijay on the film 'The Accidental Prime Minister'. He said, It is refreshing to work on content that challenges our boundaries as an industry as a whole. Given the massive scale of the show, we are cognizant of the immense responsibility to deliver our best to create a content piece the audience looks forward to. I'm glad 'Legacy' is going to be my first web series.
Raveena was also quote exicted about the project when she said, It is a fine work of content articulated interestingly to resonate with a global audience. I am excited to be associated with the show and looking forward to begin this journey.
