Ravela resigns: Pawan Kalyan needs to wake up

The resignation of Ravela Kishore Babu from Jana Sena has come as a not-so-huge shock for the young party. The Dalit leader has cited personal reasons for his decision to quit the JS.
Political analysts are seeing Babu's resignation in the context of increasing desertions that Pawan Kalyan's party is seeing in the wake of the disastrous shock it received on May 23.
There is a growing feeling that Pawan Kalyan's political experience and acumen (or the lack of it) may not be enough to stem the tide of an impending exodus. As it is, rival political parties don't want JS to grow in strength. Despite the setbacks and psychological and real drubbing, the actor-politician is back in action, interacting with disappointed members and disenchanted souls.
Power Star now has to do something novel, the way he used to do every time till 'Khushi'. Normal post-defeat steps may not be adequate.
