Actor Ravi Kishan is playing an important role in Sai Dharam Tej starrer Supreme. Currently, the shooting of the film is underway in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. According to reports, Ravi Kishan and three others were injured when a jeep fell on them while performing an action sequence of the film. The actor's both hands were fractured and he also sustained severe injuries to his ribs, too. He was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai.

Sources say the fault lies with the stuntman, who did not take any precautionary measures before shooting the action episode. The unit members are blaming the action choreographer for not using a body double while filming high voltage action sequences which involves a lot of risk.

However, the unit continued the shooting and is planning to film a romantic number on lead pair Sai Dharam Tej and Rashi Khanna in Jaisalmer's desert soon. Produced by Dil Raju, the film is being directed by Anil Ravipudi. The film is likely to hit the screens in summer, 2016.
