Popular Tamil actor Ravi Mohan is all set to make his debut as a producer with his upcoming film titled BroCode, where he also takes on the lead role. The film, directed by Karthik Yogi of Dikkiloona and Vadakkupatti Ramasamy fame, promises to be a lighthearted entertainer packed with slapstick humor.
BroCode is being produced under Ravi Mohan’s own banner, Ravi Mohan Studios, marking a significant milestone in the actor’s career as he steps into film production.
The film also stars S.J. Suryah in a key role, and will feature four leading female actors, whose names will be officially announced soon. According to the team, the project aims to offer a "unique cinematic experience" filled with fun and quirky moments.
Behind the scenes, the technical crew boasts strong talent. Kalaiselvan Sivaji, known for his work in Por Thozhil, will handle cinematography. Music is by Harshavardhan, the composer behind chartbusters from Animal and Arjun Reddy. Editing is entrusted to Pradeep E. Raghav, while A. Rajesh will manage art direction.
Director Karthik Yogi shared his excitement about the collaboration:
“When I narrated the story to Ravi Mohan, he thoroughly enjoyed it and immediately came forward to produce it. The film features scenes rich in slapstick humor and is designed to offer a unique cinematic experience to the audience.”
The film is scheduled to go on floors in September.
Meanwhile, Ravi Mohan continues his acting journey with key roles in Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, and Karate Babu, directed by Ganesh K. Babu.
With BroCode, Ravi Mohan not only expands his creative portfolio but also signals his intent to back fresh and entertaining content in Tamil cinema.
