Ravi Teja opts out of Chiranjeevi's movie: Reports

Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi would have been an exciting on-screen combo. But the combo may have fallen apart if some unverified media reports are to be believed.

Earlier, the two heroes were roped in for 'Waltair Veerayya', the upcoming movie fronted by Megastar and directed by Bobby. It's believed that the Mass Maharaja, known for movies like 'Khiladi' in recent months, demanded a hefty paycheque. The producers were not interested to shell him out the huge figure.

When the producers conveyed the same to Ravi Teja, he chose to opt out of the project.

The decision has surprised the fans of the 'Acharya' actor, especially because Ravi Teja is a huge fan of Chiranjeevi's.

Producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar at Mythri Movie Makers have rope din Devi Sri Prasad for music, while Arthur A Wilson of 'Power' and 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' fame is handling the camera. With editing by Niranjan Devaramane, the film is going to have production design by the much-happening AS Prakash, while Sushmita Konidela is its costume designer.
