Ravivarman turns hero

Gone are the days when cinematographers wanted to establish themselves as directors. Here is one ÂcameramanÂ, who aspires to become an actor. He is Ravivarman, who is now giving final touches to his directorial venture ÂMoscowin KaveriÂ.
ÂShow me one person in film industry who doesnÂt want to become an actor. Acting is one profession which would lure you into it. And yes, I am ready to don the greasepaint soon, he says.
Throwing more light on his acting plans, Ravivarman says, ÂFour producers have asked me to do the protagonist in their films. Two directors have narrated storylines. But I am yet to decide. An official announcement will be made soon.Â
On ÂMoscowin KaveriÂ, he says, ÂitÂs a love story. A collage of my friendÂs experience with my imagination. The story may be old. But the narration is fresh. The film is shaped up in a gripping way.Â
Saying that it is not that easy to direct a film, the cinematographer-filmmaker adds: ÂMy experience with many ace directors helped a lot while making ÂMoscowin KaveriÂ. Otherwise, directing is not such an easy task.Â
