Check out the new poster and release date of Rajamauli's 'RRR'

Filmmaker SS Rajamauli's upcoming film 'RRR' has been in news ever since its announcement. This multistarrer project has been in development for a really long time now and it's been delayed by almost an year due to the pandemic. However, as the film industry is returning to normalcy and producers are announcing release dates, Rajamauli has also announced the release date of 'RRR'. The film is going to hit the screens on January 7, 2022.

The film brings together two of the biggest Telugu stars, Ram Charan and Jr NTR. Addition of Bollywood stars like Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt also adds to the star power of the project. On Saturday, a new poster was released which featured Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt as their characters. Ram Charan in particular can be seen sporting a police uniform which has left fans speculating. The poster also features the new release date of the film.

'RRR' is a fictionalized take on the story of Alluri Seetharama and Komaram Bheem, two real life tribal leaders who revolted against the British rule. It is being produced on a large scale with a massive budget.
