Ajith-Arvind Swamy combo director joins Suriya

After debuting in Tamil as hero in Amaravathi', Ajith went on to play a supporting role in Paasamalargal' directed by Suresh Menon and starring his then wife Revathi and Arvind Swamy in the lead.

Earlier Suresh Menon also directed and played the hero in Pudhiya Mugam' with Revathi as heroine, but since his divorce has stayed away from the limelight for more than a decade. We hear from reliable sources that director Vignesh Sivan has roped in Suresh Menon to play an important role in Suriya-Keerthi Suresh's Thaana Serntha Koottam'.
