RGV announces action film with top hero

Finally, Ram Gopal Varma is going to team up with Akkineni Nagarjuna. It will be a realistic actioner in a never-seen-before backdrop.

"I am extremely excited that I am doing a film with Nagarjuna after nearly 25 years but contrary to some uninformed media speculations, this new film has nothing to do with 'SHIVA' neither in character nor in story content. It's a very different but an extremely realistic action film set against a story we both have never done before. I just hope I will once again live up to his expectations," RGV says.

It's instructive that Ramu is saying that the film will have nothing to do with 'Shiva', the cult classic that is Nag's career best. Before the release of 'Raju Gari Gadhi-2', the project comes as a welcome announcement.
