RGV's film to 'Attack' Berlin Film Fest

Ram Gopal Varma’s most emotional film till date ‘The Attacks of 26/11’ will be screened at the Berlin International Film Festival 2013.

‘The Attacks of 26/11’ is produced by Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International and directed by Ram Gopal Varma.

Confirming the development, producer Parag Sanghavi says, I am happy that I convinced Ramu to make this film in the first place and it is an honour for us to have our film at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival.

It is a matter of prestige for us that we are both in the Panorama as well as the Competition section and to get invited itself is a very big thing.

The shooting of the film was completed recently and the film has gone into the post production stages to make it in time for the Berlin Festival. Not long ago the film received a fillip after the hanging of the 26/11accused Ajmal Kasab after he was proven guilty.

The climax of the film thus changed and enabled get the audience get their high and the Indian masses a shot of adrenaline.

‘The Attacks of 26/11’ is slated to hit the screens on March 1, 2013.
