Roopika wants tough role!

Actress Roopika coming from television serials to cinema from 'Cheluvina Chilipili' of director S Narayan has written her II years PUC examinations and aiming for good roles and a graduation in her coming days.
A Bharathanatyam dancer Roopika is looking for a mad or a blind heroine role to prove her acting potentiality. I value the Indian culture and tradition. Cinema is a part of our culture. Projecting good culture via films is the fundamental duty says young and talkative actress Roopika.
In the village belle role of 'Bheera' with Sathya actress Roopika in wet cloth shots and it is nothing vulgar she says. For me the guiding forces are the senior artists like Manjula, Kalpana and Malashri. Roopika feels the first film as heroine in 'Cheluvina Chilipili' is a turning point in her life.

In Telugu film 'Nagaraja  Anitha Yathartha Premakatha' actress Roopika has been selected. Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi actor Charanraj is the producer of this film. This is based on a real life story.
Roopika name was suggested by Kannada film dialogue writer Malavalli Saikrishna. Amar is the hero of Roopika debut film in Telugu.
Prior to becoming a heroine in S Narayan's 'Cheluvina Chilipili' Roopika was in sundry roles in Krishna, Gilli and Prem KahaniÂ.
