'Rudrama devi' regular shooting starts

The regular shooting of IndiaÂs first historical stereoscopic 3d movie,'Rudrama devi', starring Anushka in the title role has started at a huge and costly arena set erected at Gopan Pally,where the Charminar set in 'Okkadu' was erected. Gunasekhar is directing and producing this movie under Guna team works banner.
Gunasekhar said, We have started the shooting at this huge arena set which costs some crores of rupees.The film, in which Anushka plays the title role and Rana Daggubati plays the Chalukya Veerabhadra role, will star many famous actors. Ganapathi Deva Chakravarthi role, which has got so much importance, will be played by Rebel Star Krishnam Raju and Prakash Raju will be seen in Mahamanthri Sivadevayya role. Ajay will be seen as Prasadaditya, Baba Sehgal as Naga devudu, Nathalia Kaur as Annambika, Jaarasha as Mummadamma, Venu Madhava as Tittibhi, Jaya Prakash Reddy as Amba Devudu, Hamsanandani as Madhanika and Prabha as Somambha. Brahmanandham, M.S.Narayana, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, Vennela Kishore and Brahmaji will play the key roles. The graphic work has already started. We have taken this project as very prestigious one and it will remain as a master piece in the history of Indian film industry. We will not compromise any bit and are making with high technical standards.
The executive producer of the film, Ramgopal, said that the film completes with the 5 big schedules upto december.
