The fifth season of Bigg Boss Telugu will be telecast starting from the first or second week of September. It has been a ritual to speculate on the probable list of contestants. Rarely have such speculations come even remotely close to the truth. But that doesn't mean names are floated around by YouTube channels and sections of media.

This time, some familiar names are doing the rounds. YouTube actor Shanmukh Jaswanth is said to be on the list. His name was mentioned in speculative reports last year as well. When Jaswanth is around, can Siri Hanumanth's name not be there? The beautiful actress of YT web series, who has done a few movies as well, is said to have auditioned but there is no official word on the same.

TV anchors such as Ravi and Nikhil, too, are said to have received a call from the organizers of the reality show.

Surekha Vani, whose name has been consistently bandied about by the media year after year, is also on the speculative list. Lobo and a couple of other names are also doing the rounds.

When the official list arrives, at least 70% of them would be unfamiliar ones. That has been the tradition, so to speak!
